James Wheeler's Motorsport Success so far...
Born 1986 - 2000
- Always involved in my father's motorsport
- Took part in some Karting
2001
- Raced in under 16 Austin Mini Championship
2002
- Taught by proffesional world touring car driver Rob Huff
- Passed my ARDS racing licence at age 15
- Raced in National MGCC BCV8 Championship at age 16 and 9 days
2003
- Became OVERALL CHAMPION Of National MGCC BCV8 Championship (youngest person ever to win this championship.. and I still hold that record today)
2004
- Became Double OVERALL CHAMPION Of National MGCC BCV8 CHAMPIONSHIP
2005
- 2ND in MGCC Total Butler Championship ( 2 overall wins, Many class wins,)
- Tested Touring Car Driver Rob Huff's MGB round Snetterton, (Rob was impressed with my driving)
- Took Part in Teeside Autodrome Scholarship, scoring technical driving marks of 97% in some tests
2006
- Won Teeside Autodrome Prize of racing in the 24 hour Le Mans Kart race, which takes place at the famous Le Mans Kart Circuit in France
- Started BRSCC FORD FIESTA CHAMPIONSHIP mid season, many battles were fought for podium positions
2007
- Became QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR at PALMER SPORT
- BRSCC FORD FIESTA CHAMPIONSHIP
- SPA BEGIUM, qualified POLE for INTERNATIONAL HISTORIC RACE, mechanical problems ended the race when in 1st
2008
- BCV8 CHAMPIONSHIP 3RD IN CHAMPONSHIP
- ZOLDER BELGIUM 3 HOUR RACE FINISHING 3rd
-COMPETED IN SPA 6 HOUR RACE
2009
-HALF MGCC BCV8 CHAMPIONSHIP, PODIUMS AND WINS
-4TH IN CLASS SPA 6 HOUR RACE
